Type of Shower Tray

We generally recommend shower trays to be white or lighter textured colours.

Shower Type

  • 'Standard' shower tray will normally be appropriate.
  • 'Raised' shower tray is for when the installation requires the plumbing pipework to go under and within the tray construction.  This is typically not required as pipework usually goes under the shower tray but within the floor.
  • 'Deep dished' is for when extra height is required.  However, normally the standard 38mm is sufficient.

  • Darker colours are more liable to show dust, scratches, haziness and marks left by limescale than lighter colours. Therefore, they are deemed less suitable for shower trays and will only be sold once a disclaimer is signed.
