A bath surround made of Corian, HI-MACS or Krion will add a beautiful finish to your bathroom. The surround can go over or under your bath and will not only look neat but be a practical addition to your bathing experience. The bath surround may run into necessary boxing hiding pipes, create integral shelving, or create a seating area. All our work is bespoke and made to order so thickness and edge detailing will be to your specification. Below are some examples of different types of bath surround and bath panelling.
Traditional Bath Surround in Black HI-MACS
In this instance the customer has used a large, flat panel of Hi-MACS Stardust Granite underneath the bath to create a large underbath surround. This means that the bath can sit in the centre of the space, underneath the window without leaving unusable small gaps between the bath and walls on either side. The large bath surround provides ample usable worktop space around the bath which has both an aesthetic and functional use.
Modern Overbath Surround and Wall Panelling
Alpine White Hi-MACS has been used in this contemporary bathroom on a number of surfaces. There is an overbath surround which continues to wall panelling up to window height. At one end of the bath the panelling flows up to become part of a bespoke vanity unit. At the other end of the bath the HI-MACS continues up to a cistern cover for the WC. The grey wall panels are painted glass.
Bath Panel, Surround and Integral Shower Seat
This example shows both the versatility and practicality of choosing Corian in your bathroom. Sagebrush Corian has been used for a vertical bath panel and an underbath surround. Both surfaces wrap around the end of the bath to become part of a shower cubicle with an integral seat. There is a matching Corian shower floor. A very neat and practical solution in a wet area.
Corian Sahara Over Bath Surround
Corian Sahara has been used here as a bespoke over bath surround in standard worktop 38mm thickness. A matching top has been made for the vanity unit in the same room. The Corian was chosen to complement the other materials in the room such as the floor and wall tiles.
